  First of all, you asked about the sports and activities that we do at our school. Well, in my school we often play volleyball and basketball. This is probably because we can play both sports at the school court. As for why we do these activities, I believe that we learn to work as a team. We also become more competitive and we organise volleyball tournaments!

  You also wanted to know how students benefit from playing sports. As you know, in my opinion students enjoy a lot of benefits when doing sports because they do something different! They don't just sit all day behind their desks; instead, they move and run around, so they get fit and have fun while they're learning.
